- Mobile App: Download and use the Sri Lanka Department of Immigration and Emigration mobile app.
- In-Person: Visit the Department’s offices located in Colombo.
Additionally, the visa can be renewed once for another year. Holders are permitted to bring their spouse and dependents along during their stay.
