Residence Permits
Digital nomads may also apply for temporary and permanent residence permits. Key details include:

- Permanent Residence Permits: Requires proof of income of at least 26 times the minimum monthly wage over the past six months. Unlike other applicants, digital nomads will not need to demonstrate knowledge of Azerbaijani laws or the state language.
Social Insurance Coverage
The proposed amendment to the Law on Social Insurance would ensure that digital nomads are covered by compulsory state social insurance.
